Dr. Ritchie A.L. Younger, MD
Clinical Professor
Department of Surgery
University of British Columbia

Examiner for the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery

Past Vice President of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

Today, we live longer and healthier lives than ever before, and many of us want to look the way we feel.
The Younger Facial Surgery Center offers a number of ways to achieve such a goal. Aesthetic principles are helpful, but in reality they are only a guideline for determining how well our features harmonize with one another. People today prize individuality over cookie-cutter perfection and are less likely than in the past to worry about matching up to unrealistic norms.
True beauty is timeless. It transcends culture, nationality, and age. In a real sense, beauty, and our perception of it, comes from within.
It is my job to help you achieve it.
Dr. Ritchie A.L. Younger, August 2009
